We depart today for Tarangire National Park with a packed lunch, driving through the open plains south of Arusha. During the Dry season, May to October, Tarangire hosts one of the highest concentrations of wildlife outside the Serengeti, and its lush southeastern wetlands attract more than 300 bird species.
With fewer visitors than many other parks, Tarangire’s rolling savannah, scattered with ancient baobab and acacia trees, offers a true sense of wilderness and solitude.
Enjoy a full-day game drive before dinner and an overnight stay at Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge or a similar lodge.

Day 2 : Full game drive in Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, journey to the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a natural wonder teeming with wildlife. From your open-top vehicle, capture memorable sightings of endangered black rhinos grazing, hippos cooling in pools, and predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas. Wildebeest, zebra, antelope, and buffalo roam freely across the crater floor.
